Course Description
This qualification is from the Tourism, Hospitality and Events Training Package, Hospitality Operations stream, and provides training for employment as Hospitality Workers. Other job opportunities include as food and beverage waiter, gaming machine attendant, room attendant, concierge, front office telephonist, bell hop, door attendant, porter, assistant in coffee shop, cafe/snack bar.
