Course Description
This double degree combines the Engineering and Laws degrees to provide graduates with a cross-disciplinary qualification. The engineering degree is internationally recognised in the global marketplace and provides students with lifelong transferable skills. The law degree satisfies the academic requirements for the admission of law graduates in Western Australia. Graduates of this program will become experts in areas where both technical and legal knowledge is essential to the analysis of complex legal issues that deal with industry, the environment, intellectual property, resources engineering, etc. The combined degree provides graduates with skills in high demand professions such as Intellectual Property Lawyers, Technology Licensing Experts and Technology-related Law Enforcement Agents.

Study Pathways
Students who have completed a TAFE Diploma or its equivalent in an allied engineering field may be admitted to the Bachelor of Engineering component with advanced standing.
