Course Description
This qualification is from the Community Services Training Package. It covers people responsible for the development and outcomes of programs and services for young people, designed to meet their social, behavioural, health, welfare, developmental and protection needs. Workers in this area are employed in community, government and welfare agencies, and are responsible for directing and supervising staff, contracting external agencies and/or managing specialist services.
