Course Description
This Training Program is made up of units of competency from the Tourism, Hospitality and Events Training Package. Participants will develop specialised kitchen skills through hands-on experience in our well-equipped kitchen on campus. This program will incorporate preparation and presentation of food while implementing safety and hygiene procedures. In addition, you will learn how to work as part of a diverse team in a hospitality operation.
