Course Description
This program will provide students with a range of basic kitchen skills through hands-on experience. This program will incorporate preparation and presentation of food while implementing safety and hygiene procedures. The practical skills achieved in this program can also be applied in a non-commercial environment, for those wanting to expand their culinary repertoire at home for dinner parties and entertaining.
