By combining the emerging science and practices of positive psychology with organisational behaviour, the Graduate Certificate in Business Wellbeing provides state of the art knowledge and skills for those working in human resource, organisational development and personal development contexts. Graduates will gain skills in positive psychological assessment, intervention including coaching, assessment of individual and business wellbeing, and overall skills in using organisational strategy and change to increase business wellbeing.
